Sports General Rules
Betting
Bets are accepted based on the program published by the online sportsbook, which lists all possible events and their corresponding odds.
- Bets are accepted in GEL
- Minimum bet: 0.10 GEL
An e-betting slip represents the bet placed by the player, categorized as a "Single," "Express," or "System" bet, each assigned a unique bet slip number:
- Single: A bet placed on an individual match
- Express : A bet placed to predict the outcomes of several matches. If a bet is placed on predicting the outcomes of multiple matches simultaneously, the winning odds are the product of the individual odds for each outcome. The e-betting slip is considered won only if the player correctly predicts all the outcomes specified in the e-betting slip.
- System: A combination of multiple express or single bets, where each selection is considered as a separate option. If the “System” bet slip includes a "lobby," the outcome of the match(es) in the lobby must be predicted correctly. Otherwise, the System bet slip will be considered lost.
From the moment the odds are first published, the company reserves the right to change – increase, decrease, or cancel any odds at any time.
The company reserves the right to deny the player the opportunity to wager the same e-betting slip multiple times.
It is prohibited to include the same or different pairs in a single bet slip if the betting positions of these pairs influence each other, unless otherwise stated in the program. If such a case is recorded on the bet slip, the odds for those positions will be voided.
Example 1:
It is prohibited to include the following two positions in a single bet slip: 1) Djokovic will win the Wimbledon tournament, and 2) Djokovic will qualify for the quarterfinals, as these two positions are related. If Djokovic wins the tournament, this automatically implies that he will also qualify for the quarterfinals.
Example 2:
Real Madrid vs Barcelona: Over 1.5 goals and Real Madrid vs Barcelona: Over 2.5 goals.
Winnings
The maximum winnings on a single e-betting slip or on the total of several identical e-betting slips must not exceed 100 000 GEL. If the winnings on an e-betting slip or on the total of identical e-betting slips exceed the allowed limit, it will be considered as 100 000 GEL. Identical e-betting slips are those with the same outcome.
Example:
The following two bets slips are considered identical: Bet 1 – Real Madrid vs Barcelona: Match result 1; Bet 2 – Real Madrid vs Barcelona: Spread (-0.5)1.
- The product of the odds will be rounded to the nearest hundredth.
- The product of the odds must not exceed 10 000 (ten thousand). If the product of the odds exceeds 10,000, in the case of a winning bet, the odds will be considered as 10 000.
Bet Cancellation
Regardless of what is indicated in the sportsbook's current program and what is recorded on the bet slip, the bet will be canceled and the odds will be set to 1.0 in the following cases:
- A bet placed on a single option is less than 0.10 GEL
- The bet is placed after the start of the event specified in the option. Exception: This rule does not apply to bets placed on in-play live events.
- The host team has changed in the specified pair. Exception: In two-legged tournaments, the bet placed on the team's qualification for the next round remains valid. If the match is played at a different stadium in the same city or on a neutral venue, the bet will not be considered cancelled.
- If the match is suspended, canceled, or postponed, and the final result is not recorded within the following day from the date specified in the program, the positions determined before the match cancellation will be considered settled, while bets on undefined positions will be cancelled. For example: If three goals were scored in the match, the "number of goals" position for "over 2.5 goals" will be considered a win, and "under 2.5 goals" will be considered lost.
Exception 1: A technical outcome is not taken into account.
Exception 2: A different rule applies to tennis. See the tennis rules section.
- If a team is incorrectly named in the listed pair, translation or grammatical errors are not taken into account.
- If the result is a draw after applying the spread, the football handicap will not be taken into account.
- If the total result matches the total specified in the system.
- If a bet slip is wagered after the match has started, regardless of the time indicated in the system and on the bet slip, the sportsbook reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either confirm or void the bet, making an exceptional decision based on the short time since the match began, events that have already occurred, or the status of the user.
- If a bet is placed on a result that was already known — the event occurred, but the result has not been updated in the system.
- In football, in the case of friendly matches and tournaments with a match consisting of three or more halves, unless otherwise specified in the program.
- If the match is rescheduled to the opponent’s field. Exception: a reason for postponement does not apply if the match involves teams from the same city.
- If the location of the international match is moved to another country.
- If a suspended match is resumed a day after it was interrupted, from the moment it was stopped, it will be added to the program as a separate event, and this will not be indicated in the odds table. For example, it will not be stated that the match continues from the 63rd minute.
- If a team or player does not participate in the tournament at all.
- If, due to a system error, the player is able to receive a guaranteed profit without any risk.
- If a technical or mechanical error is recorded in the system and the incorrectly stated odds or value does not obviously match the real data available in the sportsbook market. This rule applies to both ongoing and winning bets.
Example:
A decimal point or comma may have been placed incorrectly, resulting in: Draw 31.50 instead of 3.15; Total 250 instead of 2.5; Over/Under 1.0 instead of 10.0; Spread 15 instead of 1.5, etc.
Mirror errors, where the positions of the odds have been swapped, and the favorite of the match is assigned a higher odd than the underdog.
Example:
In a basketball match: Real Madrid vs. Unicaja, the odds of 1.3 and 3.5 are incorrectly displayed as 3.5 and 1.3.
- "Obvious mistake" – a significant difference between the odds from Leader-bet and the odds from another sportsbook company. The sportsbook reserves the right to determine whether an "obvious mistake" has occurred.
- Actions taken to circumvent the verification and restrictions imposed by the sportsbook.
Example:
If the user, in order to avoid verification, places one hundred 1 GEL bets instead of placing one 100 GEL bet.
The following do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation:
In football, the change in the duration of halves in standard two-halved friendly matches and tournaments, regardless of whether the duration of the halves was specified.
Exception: Except in cases where the duration of one of the halves is less than 30 minutes, and this is not specified in the title.
- Incorrectly specified names of international competitions, teams, or players. The sportsbook is not responsible and will not consider claims regarding the accuracy of the translation of names in the sports competition list. All information regarding the name of a specific sports competition, whether it's a tournament stage, neutral venue, or other, is for informational purposes only and any incorrectness and/or absence of this information cannot serve as a basis for bet cancellation.
- In the case of a match being held at a neutral venue, the ranking of the players or teams – designated as the first or second team/player. For example, when the World Cup, European Championship, Olympic Games, or other sports tournaments are held in a specific country or city, the teams or players in a pair may be listed according to the tournament bracket, and the host team or player may be designated as the second team or player, regardless of the tournament host's status.
- Various tournament matches, which are listed in the sportsbook system as friendly matches.
- If the location of the match is not specified in the system for friendly matches.
- If a suspended match is resumed and the program specifies the minute from which the game will resume and the results. For example: it is stated that the match will resume from the 63rd minute.
- If a team or player starts a tournament and for any reason drops out of the tournament at any stage.
Cash Out
The Cash Out service, which allows the instant withdrawal of funds, enables users to settle an active bet slip and receive funds immediately.
If a user decides not to wait for the remaining selections in their bet slip to be settled and wants to secure a guaranteed payout, Leader-bet will offer an individual cash-out amount based on the odds of the remaining selections.
The instant cash-out service applies to both single and express bets. However, it does not apply to virtual sports bets or system bets.
The following rules apply to the Cash Out service:
- In order for a user to receive funds, the remaining positions must be active, meaning that accepting bets on those positions must still be ongoing.
- If, due to a technical error, the cash-out amount is incorrectly offered, the sportsbook reserves the right to cancel the cash-out on that bet slip and deduct the cash-out amount from the user’s account.
- The service may be disabled at any time for any specific bet slip.
- Regardless of the outcome of the remaining position, once the Cash Out service is used, the bet slip will be considered settled.
- The sportsbook reserves the right to limit access to the instant withdrawal service for any user or group of users found to be engaging in dishonest acts.
- The sportsbook reserves the right, at its discretion, to limit the Cash Out service on any specific bet slip or to completely disable the service without providing any explanation or notice to the user.
In-Play Live
In in-play live matches, the sportsbook reserves the right to cancel bets in the following cases:
- If positions remain open after events such as: a goal being scored, yellow or red cards being shown, penalty
- Odds were displayed via incorrectly shown red card
- Additional bets were placed by specifying the wrong match time — more than two minutes
- The match was canceled or postponed and has not been updated within one day following the scheduled start date indicated in the system
- The team's name or category was incorrectly specified
- A technical issue occurred during the match, preventing the correct odds from being displayed for certain positions, and as a result, those positions were left with incorrect odds at the time
- A bet was placed after an event that had already been recorded. For example, a goal was scored in the 35th minute in the match, and due to certain reasons, the position could not be stopped and the player placed a bet after the 35th minute on this position
If a team abandons the match, all pending bets will be settled according to the final result.
A bet placed on an individual total of a player is void only if the player does not participate in the match at all.
When recording in-play live matches and results, the sportsbook relies on information provided on the following providers' websites:
During the in-play live event, the time, score, statistics, and status indicators are for informational purposes only and the sportsbook is not responsible for their accuracy.
The sportsbook reserves the right to consider in-play live bets as void in the following cases:
- During the match, a technical issue was recorded, related to unrealistic, irrelevant odds for that moment. This could include totals or spread values, etc.
- The odds are given based on an incorrect score, according to red cards.
- A bet was placed after a recorded event, before the position’s odds were updated. Additionally, accepting bets will not stop during a specific goal, penalty, red card, or after the time is over.
- The spread or total line is incorrectly displayed.
If the match was suspended, abandoned, and not resumed within 24 hours of its start, positions confirmed at the time of the match abandonment will be considered settled, while bets on uncertain positions will be voided, and the odds will be set to 1.0.
The company reserves the right to stop and/or temporarily suspend accepting bets on any in-play live match or matches at any time.
